New cooling towers were required for the HVAC system of Sarona TLV Tower (250m height). Since many contractor were expected to be working simultaneously on the roof top, YWCT offered to install three cooling tower of its modular FRPP series which their installation time is minimal. The cooling towers, made of pultruded FRP and equipped with integral FRP basin, were built and tested at YWCT’s premises. The cooling towers were disassembled and the mudouls were lifted and assembled again on the roof in less then few days per cooling tower.
The cooling towers were designed to withhold winds of 200 km/hr.
