Case Studies

Apple building

For the Apple building under construction in Herzliya, cooling towers were required while addressing significant space limitations on the rooftop and complying with unique architectural requirements. Following a detailed evaluation of the site conditions, our company designed and supplied Dania with custom single-sided cross-flow cooling towers, precisely tailored to the project constraints and enabling efficient use of the available space.
The towers were supplied in a modular configuration, allowing convenient transportation to site and fast, efficient installation. In addition, due to the building’s proximity to the seashore and the project’s stringent corrosion-resistance requirements, an exceptionally durable solution was needed to withstand the aggressive environmental conditions. Since our cooling towers are manufactured from fiberglass, their standard configuration fully met these requirements without the need for special modifications — an advantage that ensured an optimal combination of high durability, long-term reliability, and reduced maintenance costs.
