The German company Metso Outotec approached our company with a request to design and supply a complete cooling system for the expansion of a gas production plant in Uzbekistan. As part of the project, our company designed and supplied a comprehensive solution that included a fiberglass cooling tower, a cooling water treatment system, side-stream filtration units, and circulation pumps. In addition to the system components, we also designed the mechanical room housing all equipment and systems, with the goal of ensuring optimal integration, ease of maintenance, and long-term operational efficiency.
All system components were manufactured at our facility and shipped to Uzbekistan, with meticulous logistical coordination and full compliance with the project requirements. The installation of the cooling system on site was managed by our subsidiary in India, with full support from our projects department in Israel — a combination that enabled professional, continuous, and precise execution of a complex international project. The project demonstrates our ability to provide customers with a complete end-to-end solution, combining engineering design, manufacturing, logistics, and installation management under one roof.
