Nesher Power Plant, Ramla – Expansion

Power Power

The US company TAS Energy won a contract for supplying a turbine

air cooling system for the enlarged power station at the Nesher plant, wherein the chillers’ cooling process required cooling towers.

Due to space limitations and the time allotted for the task, the cooling tower was designed on the reverse-flow principle, being constructed from large modules, which were manufactured at our facility, delivered to the site, and assembled within only a few days.

The cooling tower was set up atop a metal structure at a height of 10 meters above ground level. The design, using 3-D software, ensured full integration with the structure,

which had been designed and supplied by other companies.
