Case Studies

Toha Tower

Gav-Yam approached our company for the design and supply of the cooling towers for ToHA 2 Tower, one of Tel Aviv’s flagship new developments. From the early planning stages, it was clear that this would be a complex engineering challenge: the rooftop area allocated for the cooling system was limited, and the site conditions created a risk of air short-circuiting that could impair system efficiency.
To ensure an optimal solution, we recommended performing CFD analysis, which enabled an accurate assessment of airflow patterns under the site’s actual conditions. Based on the findings, our company designed three different types of cooling towers, each precisely tailored to the rooftop constraints, allowing maximum utilization of the available space while maintaining high cooling performance and operational reliability.
In addition to the cooling towers, and in order to comply with the project’s strict environmental and operational requirements, our company, together with our partner YWT, defined a complete cooling water treatment, recirculation, and filtration system. All equipment was designed and manufactured to allow lifting to the top of the building and installation under particularly challenging site conditions. Thanks to meticulous engineering, full logistical preparation, and efficient on-site execution, the entire system was installed in just 10 days.
